- System Architecture: Engineered and deployed a Matchmaster Terra 5-wire SMATV network distributing Free-to-Air (FTA) and Foxtel Satellite IF across an 8-level MDU footprint.
- Backbone & Riser Infrastructure: Installed a continuous 5-cable riser backbone integrating high-output launch amplifiers and 29 precision adjustable-gain multi-switches to service all residential tiers, fed by a commercial-grade 1.2m satellite headend dish.
- High-Density Termination: Terminated and balanced 497 individual endpoints—including 142 single-cabled FTA outlets and 355 Pay-TV compliant diplexed wallplates—utilizing over 17,300 meters of commercial-grade RG6 coaxial cable.
- Precision Balancing: Executed fine-tolerance signal balancing to account for 4-meter floor drops and horizontal cable runs up to 30 meters, ensuring zero signal degradation from the headend dish to the furthest tenant outlet.
Comms Riser & Data Infrastructure
- Structured Cabling Systems: Deployed high-density structured cabling systems across all 70 luxury units to support modern residential telecommunications demands.
- Utility Risers: Managed extensive comms riser pathways, ensuring clean separation of RF, data, and access control cabling across all 8 stories.
Access Control & Integration
Designed and integrated the building's core intercom access control system, establishing secure entry communication pathways from the main lobby to every individual apartment suite, including full lift control integration.
